The Emerald Isle

We had an amazing two days in Ireland.

Our little rental car was ever so peppy and carried us nicely along the coastal road leading from Belfast up to the North coast of Ireland.

The weather was very co-operative and we saw all the sights along the coast. Al and Jim were very brave on the Carrick a Rede rope bridge, even though it was very windy and scary!

We also explored Kinbane Castle, the Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Torr Head, and Whitepark Beach, and many other sights. And we still made time for lamb rescuing, taking tea at the bed&breakfast, and searching for the Higginson homestead from the days of yore.

Here are some pictures to show you how lovely it was!

We made it across the rope bridge! Yay!
