Where to begin? Well, I chose 'Around the world in 730 days' as a blog title because when Rob and I started this European adventure, we planned on staying for 2 years (we're currently in the negotation stage about when we'll actually move back, so I'm optimistically and leaving it at 730 days).
So, the good news is that we're already 487 days into our 730 days. The bad news is, I'm not quite sure how to sum up all the adventures we've already had.
Hmmm. Other news... well, for those of you who sponsored my 5k run, you'll be pleased to know that my intensive training starts tomorrow. The run is July 23, so I still have a few months to get running for more than 34 seconds without having to take a break.
Last week I was back in Canada for a whirlwind 7 days of fun, and got to spend lots of time with wee Charley. He's a handsome little man, and I miss him so much I have a little pain in my heart. (That's me getting to know him, and Emily getting to be a maroon in the background in the picture). We also had a great weekend in Wales, but more about that in my next post.
Bah! (That's apparently how I say goodbye on the telephone, but I don't believe it).

You are COOL! That is, now you're as cool as me because you have a blog. Please post a picture of a 'bouledouge francaise' post-haste.
