And Italy Too!!

Because we flew in to Ancona, we got to see parts of Italy we hadn't seen yet, and drove along the back of the ole' boot to get to Croatia.

We spent a few hours in Bologna, and stayed over near Padova. We spent our last night in Ancona and had time to walk through the old town before we got our flight back to London.

There were lots of cool knockers. Heh heh.

This is me in Bologna. It wasn't really the most beautiful of Italian cities, but the square was really nice.

I also got a kick-ass slice of pizza there. It had giant green olives on it, big as a baby's arm. Ok, not baby-arm shaped, obviously, but they were huge.

We also got lost there slightly, and walked a not so scenic route to find our way to the town centre.

This is us on our last day in Ancona. The sun was shining and we really didn't want the fun holiday to end. We'd had a late night before after the ferry fiasco, and that called for a double gelato before heading to the airport.
