Shetland-tastic!

We're back from our long weekend to the Shetland Islands and we had SUCH a good time.

As you will see from our pictures, the BBC weather man could not have been more wrong about the forecast. We had four full days of fabulous weather - sun, blue skies, and big puffy white clouds. It was incredible!

We saw lots of seals, ponies, and millions of sheep! I want a Shetland pony SO bad. Especially after going to the Baltasound Agricultural Show and watching dozens of baby ponies being put through their paces. They were the size of labs, and they were running and walking around the show ring. Sooo cute!

We've been to lots of islands since we moved here - The Orkneys, Hebrides, Scillys, and now the Shetland Islands, and the Shetlands are our favourites! Lovely rolling hills, green fields, purple heather, and clear blue water.

And now onto the next adventure - only 3 days until we fly home now, woo woo!
