Hallooo

We had such a nice, quiet weekend, just hangin' out in St Albans. It was a treat to stay home and do stuff around the house.

I spent most of Saturday in the garden, fighting roughly 782,000 weeds. Well, actually, I think they were weeds, but they might have been lovely flowers and plants. I got a bit carried away ripping them out of the flower beds!

Sunday we went to 2 antique fairs, and then to an auction, and we had fun and found some treasures, including a tiny goebel friar tuck, which matches some that I have in Canada (my mum will maintain that they're hers, but they're MINE, MINE I say!).

I suspect we'll need more than just one shipping container to move home - we might be able to fill two now, we've bought so many treasures!

We're off to Moscow for Easter, which will be really cool! We leave on Friday morning and come back on Monday. It should be a fun trip - it's a bit chilly there, so, I'm hope it's nice and sunny to help with the cold temperatures! I'll have lots of nice pictures to post after that, but in the meantime, you'll have to make do with this pics of our new purchases!
